The principle of laser denim washing

Laser action on jeans, can make its dye sublimation or decomposition, at the same time, laser heat 

can make part of the fiber broken, so that the fabric color is removed, to get "water wash" 

processing effect. The color change can be realized by power adjustment, and the washing 

efficiency is improved, energy consumption and pollution are reduced by inputting design drawing 

to computer numerical control laser irradiation.

Eco-friendly

Traditional washing processes use either hand rubs or large amounts of chemicals. The former is 

not efficient, the latter will inevitably produce water waste discharge, while the use of laser 

for "water washing process" has pollution-free, never fading, and no consumables, green 

environmental protection.
