Recently, CK LASER has received inquiries from customers in Bangladesh regarding third-party quotations containing inconsistent product information and pricing. To provide clarity regarding these inquiries, CK LASER hereby clarifies:
1. No Exclusive Distributor
CK LASER has not appointed any exclusive distributor or exclusive agent for the SUPER CO₂ Laser Series in Bangladesh.
2. Official Local Channel
The CK LASER Bangladesh Office is an officially authorized local channel for sales support and after-sales service in Bangladesh.
3. Product Configuration & Verification
Every CK LASER machine has a specific and officially recorded configuration. The model, power and laser source stated in the sales contract must correspond to the actual machine supplied.
CK LASER has recently identified confusion in the market regarding different product configurations. For the avoidance of doubt, the 300w/350w CK TUBE and 350W LUXINAR TUBE configurations are different products, with different specifications and pricing, and must not be represented as the same configuration.
Customers purchasing through third-party channels are advised to ensure that the model, power and laser source are clearly stated in the sales contract. After delivery, customers may provide the machine's serial number or product identification code to CK LASER for verification.
