Q1: I have seen you did lots of a customized projects/cases previously(before 2024), why recent 2 to 3 years few projects are available?
Yes, we have made some customized projects previously, but it don't bring a repeat orders with a profitable quantity eventually, and some customized projects were made once only, this meant we only customized it for a personal application case, it was not designed for a whole industry application purpose, so it won't bring a repeat orders--this was the root cause.
Recent years few projects are avialble, becos of we have optimized our core manufacting resources, need to maximumize advantages of our leading core R&D technology, to lead the industry trend again, a leading pioneer established in 2006...as well as a trust-worthy brand, that always focusing on core products to offer more values for industry customers, always pursuits for quality-first, consistent for a long-term development.
Q2: What projects can we explore together recently?
1) Jeans laser projects, adpoting self-researched 550w source or 600w source, etc.
2) 3.0 300w laser with roll to roll feeding feature for HD Vinyl/sticker/reflective material, roll width is 200mm(customized), 350mm(customized), 500mm(standard)
3) 3.0 laser with double stataion moving platform, a few chance to cooperate if you can wait for a long lead time
4) 2.0 laser with small tooling revisement are available: customized small fixture, safety enclosure
5) Other Industry/material projects: Textile(fabric), paper/cardboard, wood, ceramic, slate, silicone, stone, coating products, packing and label, etc.
6) Large format 3-axis fiber laser are available: 400-500-600mm choice, 800-1000mm choice, 1200x1200mm are customized.
7) Standard machines are always welcome, but also need to reserve it in advance, becos other buyers did the same.
Q3: What other semi-product projects are avialble? Becos I wanted to use it integrate it into my own structure or machine.
Our own self-researched high power 300w laser tube, it can be used to upgrade traditional glass tube laser cutting machine to be metal RF source type, also can be intergrated your own laser systems, a powerful and a reliable quality that has many existed users.

Q4: Do you have a flexible design laser that can fit to my own manufacturing platform?
Yes, a customized laser head optic with an extended long wiring controller box will perfectly installed on your manufacturing platform.
Q5: Why your lead time was more longer than others?
Even the same project was being ordered to two different suppliers, supplier's expertise on this case are vary, especially available resources are quite different, some supplier's specially built non-standard/customized projects, it was just another repeat work for them probably.
Another reason why need longer lead time, we have a fully highest manufacturing standard to evaluate every process, won't let the defective parts to be used in our projects, and we also need to do enough quality testing before packing and shipment, we just wanted to ensure every process are being handled perfectly, industrial laser machine can't be built by a rush way...Every detail counts.
Q6: Why you don't want to customize a 600x600mm roll width for customer?
The standard width was 500mm, we had twice experiences to customize it to be 600x600mm,
but it will cost much more and longer lead time, such as: 3 to 4 months manufacturing story--busy season (available resources are limited)
