The adjustment of the optical path has a great impact on the performance of the laser laser machine. The following are the steps of the method of adjusting the optical path of the laser marking machine:
1. Under the condition that the accessories, the laser power supply and its wiring have been completed, and the software has loaded the appropriate parameters, check whether the voltage is normal and the laser power switch is turned on when all are normal.
2. Wear goggles, tighten the screws of 1 # reflector and 2 # reflector slightly, open the marking software, draw any graphics, and perform marking. Hold the dimmer on the laser light exit and see if it emits light. Get out of the light and proceed to the next step.
3. Put the light adjusting sheet on the back of the light guide sheet, press the mark to make the light of the 1 # reflector refract to the 1 # reflector and then go to the center of the light guide sheet to see if the light spot is round. Adjust 1 # reflector. If it doesn't work once, repeat it. After adjusting, remove the dimming lens and proceed to the next step.
4. Dimmer base (there is a dimming pad and a cross on the dimming base), press the mark so that the light of the 2 # reflector is in the center of the dimming base. If it doesn't work once, repeat it. After adjusting, remove the dimming lens and proceed to the next step.
5. Remove the dimming base, install the scanning head, open the software → interface test → duration → 100000ms → turn on the light; put the dimming film on the light exit of the scanning head to see if the light spot is round. Mirror, if it doesn't work once, it repeats.
6. The light path has been adjusted
