A capacitance sensor detects a small change in the capacitance of the sensor when the motor swings, converts the change in capacitance into an electrical signal, feeds it back to the controller, and then performs closed-loop control. The grating ruler sensor measures the actual deflection viewpoint through the grating ruler, and then converts it into an electrical signal, which is fed back to the controller for closed-loop control. Due to the fact that the rotor is a coil, while the coil is relatively large in volume and has a large moment of inertia, it is not conducive to rapid response, so it is not currently used at all. The dynamic magnetic type has excellent rapid response function due to its small volume and small inertia, as the hollow cylindrical magnetic core is tightly installed on the rotating shaft.
