The laser intensity decreases and the marking is not clear enough. The following solutions can be adopted:
1. Whether the laser cavity changes; fine-tune the cavity lens. Adjust the output spot to the proper focus.
2. The acousto-optic crystal is shifted or the acousto-optic power output is low. Adjust the position of the acousto-optic crystal or increase the acousto-optic power workflow.
3. The laser entering the galvanometer is off-center: adjust the laser;
4. If the current is adjusted to about 20A, the sensitivity is still not enough: contact the after-sales
The following reasons may also cause the laser marking machine to be unclear:
1. The lens is too dirty, soak a little alcohol with cotton, then gently wipe the lens surface;
2. The marking speed is too fast, which can reduce the marking speed, thereby increasing the filling density;
3. The laser power current is not on or the power flow is too small. Turn on the power current or increase the power of the power current;
4. The laser has a useful life, which may be due to its service life, and the laser needs to be replaced.
