The principle of laser denim washer

The laser acts on the denim, which can sublimate or decompose the dye on the surface. At the same time, the thermal energy generated by the laser breaks some fibers, so that the color of the fabric is removed, and the "washing water" process effect is achieved. Color change can be achieved through power adjustment. The design drawing is input to the computer numerical control laser irradiation, the washing water efficiency is improved, and energy consumption and pollution are reduced.
